      Worst place to work

      Pros

      * You will get your salary on time. * Just join if you don't have any other job or financial needs and leave as soon as you get another job. *Worst office location in cities like Raipur and Indore and no wfh policies. *Most positive feedbacks are fake as Hr team will threaten employees to write positive feedback.

      Cons

      *Limited exposure as most of the employees are working on same technology. *No work life balance as you will be asked to work at night for foreign clients and also join office in day time. *Most of the company is on bench as company is dependent on a single client who is also about to cancel contract. *Unfair promotions and appraisals as people on bench for more than a year will get promoted before people working day and night for clients.

      Say goodbye to work life balance because it doesn't exist here! Work was brutal, shifts were long, and pay was terrible! I don't even know why still here slaving away for these executives and management who don't see my worth!

      Some of the undervalued/unnoticed points that i want to highlight to all those who follow NucleusTeq and want to make decision to join a company which provides growth , learning opportunities, perks and benefits to its employees 1. Great learning opportunities wrt to projects, service practices, certifications, fresher trainings, lateral trainings both technical and soft skills 2. Medical insurance for the entire immediate family including parents, spouse, childerns 3. Flexibility in working hours but a lot depends on individual how the person wants to utilize the flexibitlity for work life balance 4. Focus on new initiatives, POCs, processes, compliances 5. BIGGEST highlight is : you get your salary on 27th of eveyr month without fail. I have not seen or heard companies disbursing salary on 27th of the month 6. Every improving infrastructure both in Indore and Raipur 7. Events organized on regular basis (every month) not only for fun but for health aspects like mental health, pathology tests, yoga etc.. for mental peace

      1. Fast growth and tech / AI enablement may leave some employees lagging in the race. All employees need to speed up to catch the bus 2. HR policies are evolving and improving but more efforts required

      on time salary get to learn new skills supporting on floor staff work life balance no strict check in check out

      few of the people with experiences of 2-2.5 years have been promoted to seniors who does't have manners to talk and behave and they are assigned as managers no support is provided by them as they themself doesn’t know anything and behave as they as CEOs Doesn’t know even to behave on floor. most of them are not even available on floor for seeking help less office events no cultural events

      1.Will get to work in emerging big data technologies. 2.Nothing else

      Cons

      1. Management is full of liars. While hiring they will hire you for Banglore location after that will force you join cities like Raipur and Indore. 2. All good feedbacks are fake as HR team will come personally to every employee's desk and force you to write good feedback. 3. No work life balance, you will be working for a minimum of 12-14 hours still will not get any recognition but get complaints from upper management.

Our Attrition is only 3-4% as compared to 30+% in the industry. Most of the 3-4% is attributed to our internal performance related optimizations.
