People were being put in positions that they didn’t belong despite having no qualifications whatsoever if they were Chinese Nationals. If you weren’t from China, you would naturally have a disadvantage when it comes to salary, etc. Their 996 culture and company processes were also in disarray, with focus being put in all the wrong areas. Unfortunately, the company has recently ceased its operations and plenty of the staff were let go as a result. All round bad leadership and management.

As a former employee of Numen Cyber Security, I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience working for this company. Numen Cyber Security not only failed as an employer but also created a hostile and toxic work environment. Here's why I strongly advise against considering employment with Numen Cyber Security: Unfair Treatment: The mistreatment of employees at Numen Cyber Security was rampant and alarming. The management showed blatant favoritism towards certain individuals while disregarding the rest of the team. There was a clear lack of transparency in decision-making processes, promotions, and resource allocation. This created a sense of demoralization and resentment among employees, fostering a toxic atmosphere. Poor Leadership: The leadership at Numen Cyber Security was abysmal, to say the least. Managers were unqualified and lacked the necessary skills to guide and support their teams. They often resorted to micromanagement and displayed a complete lack of empathy towards employees' concerns and well-being. It was evident that they prioritized their own interests over the growth and development of their staff. Lack of Work-Life Balance: Numen Cyber Security showed little regard for work-life balance. Employees were expected to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, without any consideration for their personal lives or well-being. The constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines and the absence of a supportive work culture took a toll on the mental and physical health of the employees. In conclusion, Numen Cyber Security proved to be a terrible employer, subjecting its employees to mistreatment, a toxic work environment, and a lack of growth opportunities.
