The Mentors they bring for their programs are good.
Cons
-They don't pay you on time. On average you can expect a two-month salary balance. They use that as a chip to keep the employees to stay in the organization, even if they are unhappy. -They just keep saying they are going to get funding soon and try to pacify the employees. -They promise the moon when you join the organization and don't keep up to any of their promises -All their job titles are fake, you are basically hired to do sales calls -They call themselves a flat hierarchy, and also have team leads, who boss around. -Overall an organization where you gain nothing by working with them. -They tell you work hours is like 50, and make you work like 75-80 hours including weekends, and they don't give a damn that you need time outside of work to do your own things. -
