Management attempts to rule with fear but are massively out of their depth due to the majority having arrived at the Alloa plant straight from school the being institutionalised over the next 15-20 years by a poor regime with little to no H&S awareness of current regulations or occupational law.

- High up management is hard to get ahold of and does not respond - Disconnect between sales and marketing communications - sales is not commission based therefore does not use the marketing communications team to the full capacity
