      Pros

      Co-workers are awesome! They truly do become like family, and have made some amazing friends. Most of the doctors still care about doing what is best for the patient. Patients appreciate the friendly staff in our office.

      Cons

      Stressful work environment. Management is terrible, especially administration. Opportunity exists if you are willing to play the game. Talent, dedication, and loyalty are not enough. Benefits use to be 2nd to none, but now they aren't much better than any other, so the biggest reason to stay no longer exists.

      Pros

      Family aspect at work Learn a great deal if new to the field Flexible as far as scheduling Supportive of employees going to school - no tuition reimbursement though.

      Cons

      Lots of expectations as far as work responsibilities with poor compensation. Less than $1 raise every year if any raise at all.

      Occasional free lunches from drug reps. Nice co-workers. Nice doctors.

      Cons

      Over worked and underpaid compared to competitors in the area. No sense of value within the company. Upper management is out of touch with the work and demands of the clinic, they never come to the offices to support, workers are just numbers on their reports. Little appreciation felt. Poor benefits. Poor HR support. Low morale. Yearly raises embarrassing poor, only offering a few cents more despite being a great employee.
