      Fast Hiring Process, Easy to start

      Cons

      Not Ideal Commute, No scope to grow within the company, Pay is very less as compare to standard Industry pay. No flexibility on Schedule. co-workers doesn't see seem to care as frequent firing happens. They would really fire many employees every year.

      A lot of Training sessions from Vendors / Manufacturers

      Cons

      Long hours in the office ,HQ in Markham, not the most ideal location , unless you live in the east end of town - Scarborough, Stouffville, Markham etc
