Cons
Mismanaged to the detriment of both the business and welfare of the employees. Dave is a very difficult person to deal with. Runs his business by exploiting Part 2s to enact senior architect duties. Impossible to converse/reason with and is aggressive when confronted with any opposition, be it from clients, consultants or employees. Salaries are disproportionate to the work that is expected, and there are repeat inconsistencies in the amount paid to staff members.
