      Good colleagues; Good bonuses (annual leaves, home leaves, etc.); Nice work-life balance.

      Cons

      Your experience may vary depending on the directorate/division you work in. Some may suck. Also you may be forced to leave after a certain amount of years regardless of your performance and relationship with your colleagues so job stability is an issue if you intend to stay long.
