      opportunity, so many talented people, great clients, initiatives and things to get involved in, if you are motivated and hungry it is a great place - if you show up to the right people.

      Cons

      pastoral care, pay reviews, equality can lack. Tricky time with AI leading the charge and share prices dropping, a lot of uncertainty.
