      Pros

      individual team members are good honest working people.

      Cons

      the worst management on Earth. Little or no vision. Line and Middle Managers have no experience with people and aerospace industry. The company is being defaced over time by poor business decision. It is effectively a cash cow to Embraer - all the other customers are less important.

      Pros

      Work is very interesting and you can develop your technical skills. Great colleagues and team lead. You can change your field of working (instead of maintenance you can go to production or design, depending on the vancancies and your background). Health insurance.

      Cons

      You are just a number to the organization and don't expect any soon raises in salary, even if you have a good performance. Little training.

      Pros

      It's a very good company to learn with everyone. The partnership is amazing and everyone helps to grow up together.

      Cons

      It's a very old company with no choice to evolve in some sectors of the company. The salaries are not so good for the sector and is people going out everyday.
