Pros
- Banking as a Service is a nice domain to be in. - HR Team is the nicest in the company.
Cons
- You get to deal with a messy codebase, none of the technologies that they mention in their job description are actually used there (except for GWT, Guice). - Product and DevOps team is filled with bunch of immature people. - The Product Team particularly have no vision or whatsoever on the product. - DevOps team is filled with people who don't listen to anything, at all. They are always defensive against improving something that's existing. - Encountered with strange people who remove your SSH key from a staging server just to make your work slower, not sure why they felt competition against someone working in the Development team.
