      Everything. Company treats you poorly. Doesn’t care about well being. Too much pressure and unrealistic goals. Rude management.

      You can wear sweats to work

      The president micromanages EVERYONE! She walks by to see what you are working on constantly and encourages the team leads to sit behind you while you work. They report back to her and then she targets people to work with her so she can fire them. She does not know how to treat people like adults.
