      Director & Leads are the Worst ppl there!

      Leaving that place was the only pro!

      Cons

      Director & Lead only got those positions by the number of years working there. They very much give discriminations and intimidation vibes! Very unprofessional & rude. For some reason they feel it’s they company that was build by them. They also got they head so damn high they feel like they can’t be replaced.

      they are only Monday through Friday but that's the only good thing about them.

      Cons

      Understaffed, overworked, doesn't pay. you fair, has a high turnover rate in both the sterile processing department and an or they have favoritism in there to the point of where someone should have been fired but they weren't.
