Pros

Small organization, easy to get to know a little bit of everyone. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Unit staff work very cohesively.

Cons

Management is horrible. Seen too many interdepartmental friendships within upper management that make it almost impossible to have a complaint without being retaliated against. The company used to care about their employees but more recently staff have become a number and are replaceable at the drop of a dime. It is sad. Replace management, problem solved.

Benefits, atmosphere, work-life balance, food, decent people in every department, patient care is most important, clinical staffing is consistent

Cons

Right now, all sorts of positions are disappearing right and left as the company struggles to find balance after overspending. Parking for employees is beyond limited. Unless you are a nurse or doctor, currently there is no job security - no matter the role or your length of employment.
