- OSV is like a little family, everyone works together and pitches in to get the job done - Everyone is approachable and the atmosphere is great - You are supported in everything that you do - The culture really sets the tone for the office - Working with a great team makes each day enjoyable - Great opportunities within your career path if you dedicated to what you do
Cons
If you like to keep yourself to yourself and not get involved then OSV probably isn't for you. The team like to have a laugh and make each day enjoyable so if you are too serious you probably won't enjoy the atmosphere.

Great Family type staff culture Everyone is treated fairly Help is always at hand from the directors and other colleagues Great Career prospects Well paid for results achieved with plenty of bonus opportunities Very open clear professional way of communicating with each other Every 0ne is treated as a person, we are all different but at OSV everyone is considered equal Every day it is a pleasure to go to work
Cons
Hard to think of any really, it is and was the most friendly and hard working company I have had the opportunity of working with, I had to leave for family reasons and family reasons only, if I lived nearer the office I would have applied to rejoin years back
