Pros
Some very strong and passionate people. Not much conflict between floor staff and people work together in production. Some strong staff members who will end up leaving sooner than later for benefits, better work environment and less attitude.
Cons
Ownership - while there are some strong and passionate employees in the front office, current owner has shouted at staff and distributors, been passive aggressive and two-faced, make sure you know it's his company and he can do what he wants. Really not open to new ideas. Has gone through many op leads in the past. It is unfortunate because the product and other staff are really quite good. If you win the owner over early you will be fine, if not then your stay will be quick. Also - no A/C in the work environment...

The production staff are great and well trained. They have a solid product.
Cons
Ownership, lack of independence, micromanagement, impulsive owner. No benefits - will never provide benefits and will get accosted if you ask for them.
