      The core values are there and they are committed to helping improve health outcomes in rural and remote locations across Australia

      Cons

      Anyone who doesn't work in the Sydney office is just out of sight and out of mind. The new management team need a full shake up.

      Toxic culture and management between recruitment and the parent company Inexperienced staff or staff who are only looking out for their own best interests and commission because the environment doesn't reward teamwork Better pay and benefits elsewhere The office is tired, dated and dinghy Resources and support are scarce Learning and development opportunities have not come to fruition
