Pros

It's remote, so you don't have to physically see anyone in person.

Cons

No one knows what they're doing. The Marketing team is filled with people who do work, but have no idea how to actually function like adults. And, you'll be horrendously underpaid.

Hi - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We value your dedication as a team member over the past three years, and are sorry that your experience has not met expectations. While we are primarily a remote company, we do aim to make space for in-person connection and relationship building, like at the annual offsite. Creating a supportive, professional, and well-structured work environment is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your perspective. We also take feedback regarding compensation seriously, as we’re constantly evaluating how to remain a competitive and sustainable place to practice and grow.

Pros

Remote work, decent benefits, and flexible hours. On the surface this job looks appealing and that is what draws people in

Cons

The day to day is chaotic with very little structure and it does not improve over time. The workload is heavy and expectations continue to grow, but the environment does not support employees who try to communicate openly. Leadership presents itself as approachable but the reality does not match. When concerns are raised, the response is not constructive and employees can quickly find themselves in uncomfortable situations simply for speaking up. It creates a culture where people feel they have to stay quiet to stay safe, and that is not a healthy place to work. Hard work goes largely unrecognized here. You can consistently give your best and still walk away from review season feeling like it meant nothing. The compensation reflects that same lack of appreciation. For a company operating in the mental health space, there is a significant disconnect between what is promoted outward and what employees actually experience.
