Pros
Commission allows you to really boost up your salary.
Cons
Stressful on the road hours, asked to work weekends and out of office hours. The training is not sufficient but you are expected to sell packages to customers when you don't understand the law yourself. Just use you like a work horse and fire you. The turnover rate is unbelievable

Strong product-focused culture with real ownership and responsibility across teams. Employees are trusted to make decisions and have meaningful impact. The company is also very forward-thinking with AI tooling, providing excellent tools and budget to experiment, automate workflows, and improve productivity. Great environment for people who enjoy autonomy, innovation, and moving quickly.
Cons
Fast-paced environment may not suit more traditional software engineers who prefer clearer structure, longer planning cycles, or well-defined processes. Priorities can shift quickly as the company moves fast and iterates aggressively. Personally not an issue for me, but I can see how it could be challenging depending on working style.
