Head office meddle in everything and are bullies. If they dont like you you are gone regardless of how well you actually perform. They use and abuse you. Piercers will be forced into studios for hours without breaks to keep up with demand. We had constantly were low in stock for jewelry. They keep trying to push their cheap apparel over piercings even though customers don't want it. Working 10 hour shifts was the norm and they do not give you the legal minimum in breaks when working these shifts. The turnover is insane I've never seen so many people quit from being fed up with being exploited. If you want to learn how to pierce go literally anywhere else they barely even have staff left to train people because so many people quit.

Terrible head office, extreme cliquiness and bullying towards new staff members, they say they will get you trained to pierce but will continuously push back your training. They want us to push horrible shein quality clothing items even though no customers want it, and blame us for not being able to sell anything. Always low stock in jewelry, no communication. Awful company, not worth your mental health.
