Good for entry level job but at best stay for a year and then transfer to somewhere better.

Cons

Politics, favoritism, toxic leaders, low pay - entry level does not mean slave wages! oh and double on toxic leaders. If they dont like you personally they will find a way to kick you out by bullying, being micro managers
