Pros
- Transparency - A lot of group meetings to keep everyone in the company up to date - Chill environment as in it isn't loud, you can definitely concentrate - A small company so you can pitch new ideas that can help improve product - You get to work with really driven people who care about the environment - CEO is great - highly respectable person
Cons
- Poor management; everyone is fast paced so if you don't get the material, you're out of luck because it is hard to flag someone down. - There isn't any HR person in that office so you can't report any harassment of any kind and reporting to the higher ups will not change anything. - Sometimes unprofessional; use inappropriate words to describe performance and so much belittlement - Since they have a lot of meetings with a lot of people, everyone likes to interrupt each other and not in a respectable manner interjection of conversation. Also, place a finger or hand at your face to let you know they can't talk... - Bugs fixes take a long time which is unfortunate because it makes it seem like this product and the team is unreliable.
