      • Some genuine nice people work there.

      Cons

      • Scary megalomaniac of a CEO that runs the company without understanding the full processes in each dept and has unrealistic goals • Senior Managers do not stand up to the CEO and therefore cannot affect real change • There is no real collaboration between departments • There is no long term forward planning, just running around like headless chickens with a start-up mentality when Ohme has grown out of being a start-up • Unethical management

      CEO is an egomaniac with an inferiority complex, he treats everyone as a commodity where relationship is a mere transaction. He has a constant need to be the centre of attention, removing any sort of autonomy from any division. You will be fine as long as you agree with him. At the very moment you disagree or have an expertise that he lacks, he will feel threaten, stop listening and leave you alone. There is a ack of leadership or autonomy. Or you align and obey or you will be dismissed

      For Some reason my last review was deleted. Perhaps it was too stark in it's references to mortality. Derry Guy is the problem here with this company. He rules by fear an intimidation. Save your mental health and take the other Job.
