      There's quite a bit of freedom in the work environment, though it seems that original contributions are limited, as much of the content tends to be copied from tools like ChatGPT. Surprisingly, this approach is generally accepted by the management.

      I’ve observed that some individuals in full-time roles lack the necessary skills or initiative to complete tasks independently. They often rely heavily on others to get their work done, yet manage to maintain a favorable impression through corporate language and justification to CEO. In some cases, they delegate their responsibilities to interns, not as a means of mentorship, but because they’re unable to handle the work themselves
