Pros
Summary: CEO was a great communicator and very sharp. Is also an Engineer so understands the industry extremely well from top to bottom -Worked with company my services were dedicated to in order to ensure I was fairly compensated -Cared for my well being and the well being of others in his employment -Ensured that any workplace concerns were addressed in a timely manner
Cons
Cons: Sometimes pay would be late but this was due to invoicing payment delays from the Contracted companies, this was addressed holistically in 2016 and is no longer an issue
