Senior Management is severely lacking of any real estate knowledge, many interpersonal conflicts of interest within management, distrustful and bullying behavior throughout all levels of management, manages through fear and intimidation, micromanaged, not employee friendly, demeaning and disrespectful attitudes from management to employees and to each other.

Clearly the positive reviews listed here are written by someone within the company. Working for Olymbec was a very disappointing experience. Poor leadership and unqualified upper management (self promoted). Employees are offered little direction and adopt negative habits. As long as the company is making money the owners do not concern themselves with the well being of their staff. Very high employee turnover, no work/life balance, minimum salary and benefits, unprofessional environment, "bully" personalities are accepted.
