      Pros

      It gives you exposure to learn about volume business handling with approx 10000 sets getting dispatched every day. It also help in understanding two wheeler industry.

      Cons

      Company has scale of business however needs to strengthen its production systems with more automation so as consistent quality output is available. Further it needs to be very flexible so as to accommodate changes in models and volumes.

      Pros

      As it was my first job, the design and development department was very friendly and helpful. I learnt more in my brief experience than my 4 year graduate degree. You receive appreciation for your good work which is a moral boost.

      Cons

      The pay is not as high as you would want it. Its a 6 day working week. The working hours are long and it they are very strict about the entering time and minimum working hours.
