Pros
Small and intimate family setting. You can dress how you feel comfortable. All phone work in the office talking to customers all day. The techs go to customers homes. The owners are always busy and stay out of your hair.
Cons
Working as a third party service provider for fortune 500 companies can be extremely demanding. Lots of follow up calls to execs explaining statuses. They are very numbers driven and less human driven. Not good.
