      Pros

      The C-suite members for clinical, finance and legal are strong leaders. They have decades of experience behind them and have set a clear path forward for the company. The therapies being developed have to potential to give late stage cancer patients hope.

      Cons

      Executive management skills and experience are not used to their fullest. They are often ignored or excluded from major decisions.

      Pros

      OncoSec is pioneering a new form of cancer treatment, and it's an exciting place to work in. The CEO is passionate about the company's mission and making sure his employees are valued. I love the work/life balance aspect, and management is flexible to accommodate your needs.

      Cons

      OncoSec has a start-up feel to it - so it's definitely for someone who is ambitious and ready to roll up their sleeves.

      Pros

      Extraordinarily smart people with very kind hearts. Laboratory environment reminds me very much of the casualness yet driven ethos of academic research. Non-laboratory employees also extremely helpful, kind and hard-working. Senior management appear to jovial and forthright.

      Cons

      Wish there were more liaisons between the lab and non-lab employees.
