Pros
I have worked at One Call for over 25 years, working in a number of departments during my time here, staring off all them years ago as a customer advisor. There are some great staff benefits available when reaching different service lengths such as free lunch, health insurance and for my 20 years service I was gifted a first class trip to Miami. The company events they hold for the races and Christmas parties are awesome. There are career opportunities for progression to different roles, or to be enrolled on our course of excellence program. If you work hard you will get noticed.
Cons
Nothing really. Yes I have had my ups and downs over my time here, but that is just normal for a relationship of this length.
