When management mindset belongs to another century.
Pros
If you value your sanity, stay away
Cons
Someone here compared the company to a “cotton plantation,” and honestly I 100% agree. At first it sounded a bit dramatic, but after hearing the CEO talk about how the company is “feeding employees and their families,” the mindset becomes pretty clear. The sales approach often felt less like building software and more like impressing clients who didn’t really have the background to question what was being promised. I genuinely feel bad for some of those customers, because in the end they rarely get the value they expect. You simply cannot expect creativity, quality, or ownership from unhappy engineers working under constantly shifting rules and occasional overnight salary reductions. Eventually everyone pays the price. employees first, and customers right after.
