Pros
The company strives to generate a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing, so employees are collaborative in general. Professional development is possible, and there is flexibility to propose ideas.
Cons
Office is open but most of employees don't work there. There are some events that a few more employees participate, but still most employees work remotely in general.

In general terms they are fine, they are relaxed and calm people with the desire to improve
Cons
There are no career paths, they do not take your knowledge or experience into account when assigning you to a project. They do not offer instances where problems can be pointed out and solutions sought. There are no incentives for the use of new technologies, many management strategies and the technologies they use are obsolete and do not allow the use of new things. They are not consistent with their policies, on one hand, the company preaches tolerance, but some team members appear yealing at meetings due to their own frustrations.
