      Pros

      Everyone is great. Folks are really friendly and helpful. No blame culture. Product is in excellent position for growth. Tech architecture is distributed and designed with configuration in mind. Theres opportunities for growth. Leadership also seems pretty aligned and is not compromising the product for potential deals.

      Cons

      Could use more benefits like rrsp matching, personal days and referral bonuses.
