      Pros

      How can a company that has been in the market for more than 3 years still not have a proper TL or manager, cause no one stays for more than 4 months (max). If you are from another Galaxy go there.

      Cons

      I fall for their sweet words, regrets each single day now. That mistake I made during the interview has been eating my head since then. Please don't go there.

      Company is run on the basis of hire and fire strategy and is run by Nepotism. The manager there is a product of nepotism and does not have any professionalism as well. He uses abusive language on the floor and has tremendous partial behaviour towards his favourites.
