Rapid change during top-level restructuring. The company has been asking more of employees while giving less back. #1 priority is making money for their PE owners.

US-based office: Toxic, cliquey leadership across functions - if you aren't "in" you are on the outs, hard to tell where you stand unless it becomes clear from being slighted Undercurrent of rudeness/dismissiveness/boys' club (but not necessarily limited to only men) Cronyism while loyal, productive employees are denied career progression (If leadership favors you, you might be allowed some career progression, but likely slow/late and under market value)
