Good exposure to the NHS. The tech is pretty good, the individuals on the team are good people, and it is a diverse company.

Cons

Sadly, it went from a great place to work to a toxic work environment. Micromanagement across multiple departments Senior roles occupied by people who are not fit for them Toxic behaviours from senior managers is allowed Low wages compared to the market, poor bonus scheme Unrealistic expectations with no support or development The company does not care about how people feel or how they are treated

- Tell you when you can go on lunch - Your work can be done remote but they force you in 5 days a week - They lie about everything. - They lie to customers - Management are clueless and do not know how to run a business - They’re losing money and are doing “creative accounting” to make up for it. Basically lying.
