Thanks for your feedback. We look for variety in our client base, both in terms of our impact and the type of work we have available for our consultants. We’re open to new suggestions from our consultants about the type of work we seek out. We have recently added 12 new clients across a number of different industries and who use a range of technologies. Our PEEPs who support our consultants’ wellbeing and development are also available to discuss career aspirations and try to support our people to deliver work that they find engaging and impactful. We’re committed to giving our people the best experience we can. We ensure engagement activities are recorded to try to fit with people’s schedules and ensure everyone has access.
