Worst Company Ever

Pros

I honestly didn't witness any positive points. I saw red flags from the beginning when I mentioned that I needed to give one month's notice before starting, and the CTO sent me a voice message saying, "What a pity, others said they could start much sooner." On my first day at the company, they asked me to read long, poorly written documents generated by artificial intelligence and then develop the company's style guide and create pages for an app. If I couldn't finish on time, overtime was required. Another memorable phrase was when I asked about vacations, and they told me they don't offer vacations. They even mentioned they have two employees in the hospital and, as a form of empathy, asked them to work fewer hours from the hospital.

Cons

After years in my career, having held senior and managerial positions, this was undoubtedly the worst company I've ever set foot in. In just two weeks of work, my experience was marred by panic and anxiety attacks triggered by the company's leaders. Some of the negative points include: -No benefits of any kind; -No day off on holidays; -Disregard for working hours; -No onboarding or respect for adaptation time; -No introduction to the team (probably due to high turnover); -Below-market salaries; -Freelance work outside the company is frowned upon; -Communication is through WhatsApp, leading to long audios and messages outside working hours; -Poor communication skills, often aggressive; -Documents and tasks are generated by artificial intelligence, making them difficult to understand, and they criticize you if you don't understand the tasks; -No acceptance of improvement suggestions.

Pros

This company has a terrible track record of hiring people only to fire them within less than two weeks, damaging their careers and professional reputations

Cons

🔴 Zero job security – They bring you in, give false promises, and let you go just as quickly. 🔴 Unprofessional management – The work environment is chaotic, and leadership lacks professionalism. 🔴 No respect for employee rights – Don't expect fair treatment or stability.

Toxic Circus . Don’t Apply.

Pros

This “company” is nothing more than a scam call center in Casablanca pretending to be a firm. Don’t believe the 4 “good” reviews; it’s obvious who wrote them, lol. The CEO is a drunk, and there’s sexual harassment from both managers and the CEO himself. Zero training, zero clear path, and zero respect for employees. You’ll get yelled at for everything while they give you no tools or support to succeed. They don’t even give you a proper contract, and you can get fired after 15 days without any explanation. The environment is toxic, and the constant pressure with no recognition will drain you. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. You deserve better.

Cons

Everything stay away for your own sake
