Everything, there was nothing to like about the place. 1. Very bad management. The top management which is apparently 1 person is only interested in gossiping about fellow employees. 2. There is 0 work life balance. You are expected to work and stretch till late night but you get no benefits like OT allowance or a comp off. 3. There are cameras installed in the entire office which records both visually and the audio as well. The management can hear see and hear to everything we do be it personal or professional. It's more like a bigboss than a corporate office. 4. The most toxic people ever. They have 0 sympathy or empathy towards very genuine employee situations. They will mock and exploit your vulnerable situation. 5. Extreme favouritism towards 1 employee who apparently is the best according to the so called "management". That employee becomes the best leader and a corporate killer for bad employees. 6. You have to attend N number of pointless meetings which will extend till late at night. If you have a couple of things that needs urgent closure, you will never get an update even if you have a meeting for hours. 7. You have to sit in the office and act like you are working even if you don't have any work. Otherwise the management will look through the camera and gossip about you with others. There are so much more but I'm short the worst company to work for. Please don't go by the google reviews, they are all fake.
