Great people and culture, terrible management/no hikes

Pros
Culture was superb. HR was very active and events were frequent. Ample ‘fun’ things at work. Good WFH policies, great leave policies.
Cons
No hikes for years, firing people every 6 months and promising they wont again, pay starts as competitive but dips below average due to no hikes for years and years. The upper management of the India wing is a nightmare, has no clue what they should be doing for their own sake and have no vision. Its a shame that such a good bunch of middle management and employees get sacked or stay constantly scared of getting axed due to the pathetic performance and no direction of upper management.
