      Worse place I have ever worked

      Cons

      Toxic culture, bullying and cover-up is common, even at senior levels. There is no leadership, no direction, CEO is completely invisible (no one has ever seen her). Under so much pressure, cant deliver for patients, focus just on making money, no concern about patients. Some of the leaders should be sacked immediately - just rude and bullies. I left after 6 months and would not recommend to anyone. They have no idea what their doing.

      Pros

      Did not see any, they have loads of surveys and want to show they do things & but nothing comes out of this. Especially the way they treat AT medics staff is atrocious

      Cons

      Their HR is so so terrible, so many people from AT medics have left since they took over. Its almost like that was their strategy. It felt like a hostile takeover.
