      To go home everyday feeling like you made a difference helping Seniors

      Was difficult to find CNA'S, GNA'S, LPN'S & RN'S to staff the office because of random cases and lower pay.

      Helping someone to make positive improvement in their life

      Cons

      Didn't offer any incentives for employees, didn't take out taxes, was more interested in monetary gain than anything else, never offered any raise even though after 4 years I felt it was way past due
