- There are interesting projects. - HR mostly takes employee's opinions into account. - Coworkers are great. - Nice office and free lunch two days a week. - Massages - Pay in USD

- Some big clients have more say in the company's management than the company itself. - Pay usually arrives on the 5th or later day of the month. - The company doesn't know how to say no to certain clients, which has a negative impact in the employee's morale. - Vacation days are limited per the client's requests instead of company policy. - Seniority criteria is unclear - Salaries are 100% negotiated and there's no range per seniority - Salary review once a year?
