A sinking ship

Pros

* Good starting salary * Friendly environment * Good learning opportunity for freshers

Cons

* Poor culture. * Huge workload. * Lack of organization. Works in a very unorganized way which wastes lots of time and effort. * As a developer you'll not get any appreciation. No matter how hard you work all the increment, promotion, bonus and appreciations are reserved for business developers and QAs. * Your hard work and skills isn't considered while giving increment. * Lots of legacy projects and pain of maintaining them. * You won't learn any industry best practices. * Promotions and increments depend on how much you can show off and do oiling, not your skills or dedication.

Pros

1. If you prefer a relaxed pace, this is your haven 2. If showing off is your thing, the office view is your stage 3. If gaming is your true passion, this is a dream come true 4. If you live for party, you’ll fit right in. 5. If you aspire to enjoy a relaxed life at a young age, this is the place for you 6. If you excel at flattery and bootlicking, this is your golden ticket.

Cons

1. Be prepared for a daily dose of butter-coated speeches from morning till evening. 2. While inflation skyrockets at 20%, the CTO generously offers a 5% increment, branding it as a "salary adjustment." 3. Some team members have hit the jackpot! They spend their days on the PS5 because the CTO doesn’t even notice them. 4. Projects here are managed by word of mouth. Deadlines? Plans? Documentation? Who needs them when the CTO simply points at someone and demands, “Just build it”? 5. The "Product Managers" are experts in holding meetings full of buzzwords and charm. Actual product knowledge? Non-existent. Their primary skill is crafting sweet words to keep the CTO impressed. 6. Junior Over Senior, Because CTO’s Favourites Rule 7. Being the CTO’s relative is like holding a golden ticket. No interviews, no assessments—just a warm welcome and VIP treatment. It’s almost as if talent runs in the family! 8. The leads will keep you on your toes, sending messages at 12 AM about issues in the group/personal, while office hours end at 7 PM. Work-life balance? Never heard of it. 9. Some Team leads are masters of empty boasts and drum-beating.
