Amazing team spirit -> working with friends rather than colleagues Nice fusion of Danish and international employees - great work environment for expats Inoffical and lean-back vibe Great team building acitvities, parties and Friday bars Smart and ambitious people who motivate to work The product itself - absolutely love it A lot of independency in running tasks and planning time
Cons
Very low pay for Copenhagen wages -> hard to negotiatie any pay rise People abuse (running on free interns) Low management recognition of achievements and hard work Management not living up to promises Inconsistency in withholding their values and applying them to office employees (not as transparent as promoted) Inflexiblity in terms of working from home Lack of equipment (everyone had to use private laptops) Overtime explicity expected

Wonderful work culture, good work-life balance, flat hierarchy. Takes sustainability very seriously and offers an okay career development opportunity.
Cons
Sometimes a bit too agile, many sudden changes with a lack of communication.
