Pros
Tons of knowledge and resources at your disposal. If you are starting as a CBT and thinking of continuing in the field, their practicum program is fantastic. Great mentors. Lots of supervision.
Cons
Terrible pay. Inflexibility with schedules. Constant complaints from CBTs that it's hard to take time off. They don't really give positive reinforcement to their employees, just expect employees to advocate and ask for everything they want, instead of just rewarding employees with raises.
