Somewhat resistant to employee process improvement, communication is lacking, difficult to meet deadlines due to a trickle-down effect from upper management's large workloads. When I started, there was more of a team-like atmosphere in which everyone would work together to solve problems. When I left, I felt that many people focused on their own duties unless recognition was involved.

Lack of communication from management, a very gossip rich environment, poor pay and benefits, administration comfortable with status quo, not interested in change.
