I see this review dates back about 5 years ago. The post recession period for our company was a particularly difficult time. As a company we have never defaulted on a loan and we have never not paid our debts. The financial pressures of those times brought out the worst in our industry and in me professionally and for that I am deeply sorry. Adding the pressure of those times was a lawsuit from an unethical engineering firm based in New Jersey who tried to use the court system to extort money they didnt deserve. In the end we prevailed, but it is a very difficult and ugly process for a small business owner to go through. We got it all behind us by treating everyone honestly and ethically and today we enjoy one of the best reputations in our industry because of that integrity. Today we are a very vibrant and nurturing company with an incredible cadre of co-workers who have a profound respect for each other. The fact that so many of our staff stay with us for such a long time ( average time here is over 10 years) is testament to that. Today we are a group of wonderfully diverse and exceptionally talented individuals. And, we have put programs into place where employees can earn ( and do earn) six figure bonuses by earmarking performance based incentives into the project budgets.
