Pros
Most of the crew is really great and do what needs to be done to hit goals.
Cons
Basically no transparency from upper management. Goals seem to be set arbitrarily. Lots of talk about being a family, but no hesitation to throw people under the bus. Resources not spread out properly which leads to constantly shifting priorities. Management is often condescending and lays out proclamations that have negative impacts on morale, then leave the state to go back and work remotely. Technology is severely out of date. Management pursues courses that entire engineering team strongly advises against, then expect engineering/operations team to clean up the mess when things don’t go right.
