- Technical debt not only isn't dealt with, you're actually reprimanded for talking about it. - Constantly changing priority from management - No transparency, office politics, communication issues galore - Disrespectful management, people treated as resources, misogyny - take your pic! - No/dysfunctional team culture, no effort to rectify. Not even sure they're aware how negative the situation is. - Stagnant product, not keeping up with competition. Lack of vision or strategy from the top. - No real effort to support careers aspirations. - Management / founder ruining what otherwise might have been a great place to work. - Business failing - considering the above it's not hard to understand why.
